Chris provided full design phase estimating for the design team, and assisted the builder during buyout and reconciliation for this major addition at the Penn State Hershey Campus. 

Payette Architects designed the large addition, including nuclear medicine suites and an integrated connection with the main building, as part of an extended master plan to provide needed medical services to an underserved area of Pennsylvania.
