Chris was the lead estimator for  for two buildings on Independence Mall, The Liberty Bell Pavilion and the Indpendence Visitor Center.  

The Liberty Bell Pavilion, is designed as a new home in Philadelphia for the eponymous Liberty Bell. The Bohlin Cywinski Jackson building features expected security features, archival quality mechanical and electrical systems, and the ability to allow millions of vistors to get up close and personal with The Liberty Bell each year. 

The Kallman McKinnel and Woods designed Independence Visitor center provides essential services for the many visitors to Independence Mall.

The Pei, Cobb and Freed National Constitution Center provides a home for an original copy of the Constitution, and provides interpretive and educational program for the millions of visitors each year.  Chris provided consulting services during late design phase work.
